The early registration deadline for the workshop is September 12, 1997.  After this date, registration may be limited due to space considerations. The workshop registration fee, which includes meals*, is US$275 (US$200 for full-time students).  To register for the workshop and make hotel arrangements, see the instructions in the registration form.
